The 19 approved duplexes of the original development agreement can now be subdivided into semi-detached homes, allowing each unit to be owned and sold separately, helping the developer to make the development more feasible, and the community more vibrant, with a mix of single family and semi-detached dwellings. This development includes open common spaces, parklands, a storm water pond and undisturbed protected wetlands.
